Here's what you'll do in this job :
Coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives and programmes of work aligned to our public sector channels.
Work closely with the Head of Public Sector / Internal Teams to ensure alignment and delivery of the sector growth strategy.
Ensure required obligations relating to our common capability agreements with government are maintained and delivered.
Coordinate and maintain required reporting to meet customer and contractual obligations. e.g Customer Satisfaction, Service Capacity, Service Level adherence.
Own communication internally and externally to manage change processes relating to our government contracts.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure service outcomes related to sector specific products and services are maintained and fit for purpose
Maintain oversight across sector related incidents and security risks in order to ensure internal and external teams are notified.

With 5 year's experience in a Service Delivery / Project Manager role, supporting and leading programmes of work involving multiple stakeholders, you will have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with great attention to detail.
You pride yourself on your organisational, time management and prioritisation skills and have gained a good level of business and commercial acumen.
