    You’ll be joining the Planning and Performance team, which sits within the wider Connected Communities Department, and as Programme Manager In this newly created role, you’ll have a key role to play in developing and delivering a programme management framework across Connected Communities.

    One that ensures our activities are undertaken in a structured way to deliver. You’ll initiate and deliver a range of programmes that have been allocated to the programme of work.

    Leading a team of two Business Leads, you’ll be responsible for providing strategic leadership and practical oversight of the Connected Communities business planning cycle providing quality advice, business planning, reporting, business continuity planning and risk management.

    As a capable and experienced programme manager with demonstrated use of recognised project and programme methodology and tools, you’re able to logically navigate through complex problems and deliver under pressure.

    You’ll be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, adept at identifying a strategic way forward, and at ease working with a diverse range of community and organisational stakeholders.

    Your interpersonal and influencing skills mean you have the ability to establish effective working relationships and leverage collaborative efforts across multiple functions, and your leadership exposure will bring with it the ability to motivate and empower others.
