    With a number of these roles newly created, you will work in a close-knit team alongside an experienced Advisor who manages relationships with existing clients and is growing their portfolio with new clients

    This is not just an Admin role’ but a role where you can truly contribute, by helping to manage important client relationships and assisting with initial calls and queries.

    This is a great opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in Trusts, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney and to progress further in the company.

    Every day will offer a variety of tasks which includes managing client meetings for Advisors, preparing and editing documents, drafting letters to clients, and creating and maintaining client files on a CRM database.

    You will be the eyes and the ears for the Advisors and will need to be one step ahead at all times to ensure the smooth running of the office so that the Advisors can spend quality time with clients.

    The key duties include :

  • Delivering, managing and monitoring high-quality service to clients
  • Drafting legal documents and letters to clients with support from in-house teams
  • Supporting the Advisor with diary management, meeting coordination and booking appointments
  • Ensuring compliance obligations are met
  • Attending client meetings where appropriate
  • This role has great scope for growth with the right candidates gaining further development in a professional dynamic environment.

    This role could be a career change or your first role where you will receive full training.
