An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, proactive Sheet board Coordinator to join our Auckland based team on an afternoon shift.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for the effective operation of the Sheet board area from strapping pallets to planning loads and truck loading along with other duties.

In this hands on’ role, they will be expected to plan, organize, lead and direct all resources under their control to achieve product that is on time and within specification.

Applicants will have experience in logistics control and the warehousing of raw materials and finished goods, ideally in a customer focused, sales and manufacturing organization.

In addition, key requirements of this role include :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Advance Computer Skills (Microsoft Products- Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Keyboard, telephone and numeracy skills
  • Clerical systems functions
  • Current OSH Fork lift licence
  • Current Drivers Licence F endorsement
  • Demonstrable understanding of warehouse systems and procedures
  • Experience in working with shipping documentation and computerized inventory control systems, including familiarity with MRP systems
  • Safety, Health and Environment
