What you'll be doing :

Due to internal growth and the inception of a large programme of work, we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst Lead to join our collaborative and highly motivated PMO department.

Reporting into the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful leadership and development of your team of Business Analysts.

You will work closely with and support your team, who will be focused on delivering our projects by meeting and exceeding the needs of the business.

Your days will be filled with :

  • Acting as Lead BA on projects, where required, in order to understand the expected deliverables and outputs of your Business Analyst team
  • Developing our Business Analysts towards full competency through regular coaching and development of the team's technical skills
  • Ownership and continuous advancement of our internal Business Analysis processes and practices, including the implementation and documentation of any process changes
  • Co-ordinating with the wider Business Analyst community to identify potential shared learning opportunities, to build our internal capability
