We are looking for an exceptional, multi-talented Digital Experience Analyst to help lead the delivery of unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.
About our team :
In this role, you will be part of one of our cross-functional, autonomous squads that are aligned to a purpose that drives value for our customers every day.
These squads are empowered to make decisions on how they build and deliver these experiences, always operating with the customer's best interest at heart.
About the role :
This role will require you to get knee-deep in solving real, complex business problems by collaborating closely with your squad and specialists such as UX and analytics.
This role covers the delivery of digital experiences from the discovery phase, right through to when customers are actually using it.
This will mean mapping user journeys, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, creating UX wireframes, and managing delivery with your squad and key stakeholders.
