Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role

This is an exciting newly created role responsible for supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Salesforce platform systems and tools.

You will be providing user support, maintaining system documentation, contributing to fault diagnosis and resolution, system enhancements, engaging with business users, security and vendors.

No two days will be the same!

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Serve as primary system administrator for our Salesforce environment(s)
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests, aligned to our strategy
  • Work with our BTIS and business teams to establish suitable processes to support application, security, administrative, and change management activities
  • To grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Develop a repeatable model for folding newly acquired applications into our Salesforce environment

    We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who :

  • Has a minimum of three years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Shield security experience highly desirable
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully informing and working with projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
