Description & Requirements
About the Role :
The Category Development Manager is a key interface between Kraft Heinz Marketing- Sales- Activation and our Customers. This role will facilitate communication- reporting and insights to identify and deliver category deliverables for Kraft Heinz.
The role requires the ability to provide category insight into the brand and customer plans during brand planning processes and developing category plans with sales and marketing and as well as engaging retailers.
Responsible for supporting functions in promotional strategies- as well as the creation- activation and post-launch assessment of NPD.
This role will provide actionable insights and use it to support decision making and ultimately plan and define the retailer execution of said plans.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead range reviews for the portfolio- as well as support smaller range reviews where necessary. Develop detailed plans for range reviews and layouts- with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.
Responsible for optimising planograms and assortment across the portfolios and within customers.
Support the creation of 3-year category strategies identifying Category Value Drivers. Contribute relevant consumer insights during brand planning processes and developing customer plans.
