    As a Customer Service Administrator you will provide support to a portfolio of customers and be confident working in a fast paced environment.

    You will be used to juggling many priorities and be required to support the team with the following tasks and duties :

  • Customer invoicing, processing customer orders
  • Liaise with freight and courier companies
  • Update all key information on the CRM database
  • Process customer invoices and answer any ad hoc customer queries

    Based in Newmarket, you will be joining a team of forward-thinking and efficient individuals and you will be confident providing a high level of organisational and administration support.


    As an excellent Customer Service Administrator you will be proficient with all MS Office packages and be able to juggle conflicting priorities.

    Your attention to detail will be second to none and you will be able to work under pressure not compromising your standard of work.

    You will naturally build rapport both internally and externally building close relationships with everyone you come in contact with.
