We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Health & Safety Administrator. This role supports our Company in actively providing admin support for Health & Safety.
We are family owned business established approximately 45 years ago. We work within Civil Construction industry, priding ourselves on producing quality concrete and pipe products.
Key duties includes :
Coordinate the health monitoring program
Provide report to the Business Manager
Assist with drug and alcohol program and monitoring
Working on health and safety well-being programmes
Provide support to plan external accreditation audits
Support health and safety reps with meeting and training
Follow up health and safety issues and inspections
Offer necessary support for event investigation
Develop and assist with health and safety reporting
Attributes required :
Experience in similar health and safety role
Confident on Microsoft Office packages (I.e. MS Word / MS Excel)
Understanding of health and safety legislation across NZ and Australia
Full NZ Drivers License
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent relationship builder
Posses good attention to detail
Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
