In the People and Culture Directorate, we have reviewed our service delivery model and we have some exciting change ahead of us as we focus on creating the best employee experience in everything we do.
We are establishing an HR business partnering model and we need you to lead us on this exciting journey and establish that model, drive consistency of our people practice and keep oversight of issues and opportunities across our organisation.
If you enjoy overcoming challenges then this role will suit you - we are transitioning from a reactive to a proactive model.
You will have a passion for making things as simple as possible and one of your strengths will be working collaboratively with your stakeholders both internal and external.
You will have significant Business Partnering experience and will have led Business Partnering team in a large, complex organisation.
