We’re hiring and are looking to connect with you to help us deliver exceptional customer service experiences as a Customer Service Representative with TTEC in Auckland, New Zealand.

You’ll be supporting one of the world’s most respected travel brands.

What You'll be Doing

You take a problem and turn it into a solution. Delivering amazing experiences brings a smile to your face and you find it very rewarding.

You'll use your get it done , high-energy, professional approach to answer in-bound calls (and emails) from customers. You'll help people every single day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering questions

  • 1-year previous experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably within a contact center environment.
  • Airline or travel industry experience preferred
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • A positive attitude and the desire to delight our customers every chance you get.
  • A capacity to retain technical / product knowledge.
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills and is comfortable with computer systems.
  • Attention to detail, efficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced work environment
