As a Graduate Experience Advisor you will play a key role in our team, ensuring that in our fast-paced environment the process is kept moving and a #beautiful experience is received by everyone involved.
Your current recruitment coordination and candidate management experience will help you prepare for the busy #challenge ahead.
On a day to day basis you will work closely with the team to provide a wide range of advisory, coordination and support.
This includes but is not limited to : Lead our junior talent recruitment process - manage applications, pre-screen, organise and coordinate hiring managers, plan and run assessment days and deliver an excellent candidate experience for applicantsSupport our talent campaigns by planning and booking events, coordinating attendees and facilitating the Xero experience on the dayPlan and facilitate the junior talent induction and onboarding processesPrepare reporting and analytics on various aspects of the junior talent cycle, with a focus on the recruitment process and outcomesWhat are we looking for?
Junior talent is super important to Xero, so it is essential we have someone in this role that is excited and passionate about connecting with individuals who are about to start their career.
Ideally you will have previous bulk recruitment or candidate management experience and will be familiar with supporting activities across the broad spectrum of recruitment operations.
