Key Requirements of the role :

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the cheffing field
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
  • Proven leadership and communication skills managing small or large teams
  • Previous experience in achieving operational excellence
  • Ability to empower team by passing on culinary knowledge and experience
  • Willingness to be hands on during key service times weekends and evenings included
  • Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
  • High personal standards passed on to entire kitchen team
  • Ability to work nights and roster weekends
