Salesforce is seeking a talented sales professional with great energy, leadership and initiative. As an ESB Account Executive you will work as part of an extended sales team to drive revenue growth within the current customer install base and winning new business opportunities.

On top of your own business development we provide a range of support functions, from internal sales support to highly skilled pre-sales solution engineers.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads
  • Drive key opportunities across the region, co-selling with an extended sales team
  • Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques
  • Engage in strategic account planning
  • Lead discovery, define ROI and articulate business value to customers and serve as a subject matter expert on service, field service and customer communities
  • Required :

  • Extensive experience in solution / technology selling in a fast paced and competitive market- Managing and executing the end to end process
  • Experience in carrying a quota and hitting sales targets
  • Domain expertise in customer service or customer experience applications
  • Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement
  • Driven - You possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Disciplined skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities, strong business acumen
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not essential)
  • The ability to execute a go-to-market strategy
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
  • Experience working for / OR knowledge of CRM
  • Ability to drive deep discovery and define ROI with customers
  • Ability to articulate business value and benefits
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
