The role supports the Architecture Group within Service Delivery Unit, through allocation to Architecture development activities, including but not limited to the growth of opportunities, best practices and customer engagements around Security. Responsibilities include :

  • Be the Security evangelist to our customers
  • Consult and assist our customers in addressing security issues and requirements
  • Define and govern security services within our managed customers
  • Provide recommendations to our customers on how to secure their data
  • Develop functional and high level design specifications, reference architectures and assist with critical project deliverables
  • Be accountable for the development and technical integrity of customer solutions, including cost effectiveness, supportability, viability and fit to customer requirements.
  • Provide solution governance and guidance on Security projects.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Delivery teams to identify and develop opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Contribute to the team of Security experts who form part of our Security capability team around the globe
  • Provide input into new and evolving Security offerings
  • Core Skills

  • A high level of personal integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals via pre-sales engagements and responses to customer tenders.
  • Deep, working knowledge of information security tools and techniques in at least three key domains (e.g. network security, data and information security, security governance, and Cloud security)
  • Define customer technical and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop service management architecture for security solutions
  • Identify and provide recommendations to mitigate security risks.
  • Provide security solutions and designs to meet customer demands.
  • Provide high level design and guidance on security domain implementations such as SIEM, PKI, Identity and Access Management, PCI, Malware Protection, SSO / Federation, PAM, RBAC, Network and Perimeter Security
  • Have knowledgeable on security governance frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, AS18 and the ASD.
