Project Director - Infrastructure
RPS Group Wellington Central, North Island
RPS is seeking a qualified and experienced Infrastructure Project Director to join our team in Wellington on a permanent basis, to assist in planning and delivering projects across various market sectors in New Zealand.

To be successful you will need
Significant experience as a project Leader with experience in large infrastructure projects across Rail, Road, Water, Energy and Renewable Energy
Previous client, consultant or contractor-side experience in the Infrastructure sector
Demonstrated Central and / or Local Government experience.
Experience in the development of project business cases as per Treasury guidelines,
A strong understanding and proven experience of construction contracts and general contract administration
A strong understanding and proven experience in procurement processes,
A strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies including Full documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design and Construct
Exceptional Stakeholder management skills and experience is a necessity
Strong communications and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage and grow business relationships
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Construction site health and safety course completion
Professional Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or similar is desirable
PMP Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
