Based in Auckland District Court.MOJ / 1430513This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader of leaders in the delivery of nationally consistent services across Courts and Tribunals.
The Manager, Justice Services - Coronial Services reports to the Regional Manager, Northern, and works collaboratively with the team and stakeholders for a fair and safe Aotearoa, while managing this national portfolio.
The Coronial Services Unit supports the work of the Chief Coroner and bench of Coroners located across New Zealand.To be successful in this role you will be an energetic, enthusiastic, people leader with demonstrated experience in leading change within diverse teams across various locations.
You will have experience in change management with embedding a new operating model to enhance performance. You will be an expert at leading a high-
performance culture through authentic leadership, coaching for success, and working successfully with and through others to achieve results.
You will have a strong track record of building and maintaining effective and robust relationships with external and internal partners and stakeholders.
You will also have exceptional interpersonal skills that will support your work with people under diverse and sometimes sensitive circumstances.
This is a significant operational leadership and delivery role where standardisation, consistency and accountability are underpinned by the values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.
Based at Auckland District Court this position will involve travel across Auckland Metro area and nationally.Your experience working in a collaborative and dynamic environment coupled with a high degree of personal resilience and agility in response to changing priorities is crucial to success in this role.
As part of the Northern Region senior leadership team you will be working alongside your colleagues modelling our values and taking collective ownership for not just your area but also the region.
