Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager is a key position requiring the delivery on all contractual obligations and responsibility for revenue generation and ensuring the projects performance meets all customer requirements, delivering on safety, optimizing resource use and the achievement of target results.
We are therefore seeking someone with a high degree of commercial financial / business acumen coupled with proven project management and leadership experience.
This is a busy position and requires a structured approach in order to build constructive relationships and prioritise workload.
There will also be a high degree of liaising with our clients and suppliers both internal and external to produce required outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction to the highest level.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business, Electronic Communications or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience of engineering related project management work ideally in Mobile Network is essential
Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to influence
A self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented
Ability to analyse problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and cost
A strong track record that clearly demonstrates leadership behaviours that empower others
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high literacy and numerical standard
The ability to work under pressure
While a technical background it not essential it would be an advantage
Be computer literate, with intermediate level excel skills
