The role

We are looking for a passionate Quality Advisor / Support with a can-do attitude and great engagement skills. Your responsibilities with include but are not limited to :

Participating in quality investigations

Preparing of quality reports

Communicating with various crews to ensure they understand the importance of Quality

Ensuring our national systems are fully implemented

Assisting with pre-start meetings, tailgate meetings, pre-planning for tasks and finalising checklists

Supporting crews with quality related queries

Quality inspections and compliance to specification checks

The candidate

To be successful in this role you will have :

Knowledge of the Civil Construction Industry is essential

Knowledge of NZTA Specifications and Christchurch City Council CSS is advantageous

Attention to detail

A good sense of humour and the ability to work alongside numerous teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A focus on utilising systems

Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel is particular)
