Fantastic opportunities have become available for a professional, organised and customer focused Cleaning Services Manager and Cleaning Services Supervisors , to work with one of Assetlink's new client, Auckland Airport.

You will oversee and manage the operations, be results driven as well as deliver a high level of presentation and cleaning standards.

You will be responsible for :

  • Ensure high levels of cleaning standards are met and exceed contract requirements.
  • Participate as an active member of the cleaning services team and lead / manage these personnel.
  • Managing and coordinating the delivery of all night cleaning management services.
  • Become a trusted partner and subject matter expert (SME) for your area of responsibility.
  • Attend and manage various cleaning inspection forums with client and / or stakeholder groups.
  • Identify opportunities to provide innovation and value-add for the client to assist with current and future needs.
  • Oversees all financial & budget services, including ordering supplies, scheduling labour, and implementing cost savings measures.
  • Keep abreast of developments in cleaning equipment and materials that could improve the overall standards and service.
  • Undertake staff training and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • To be considered for the position you must have :

  • Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.
  • Client relationship management ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in managing a team and performance management.
  • Ability to lead in a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Environment (CALD.)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Cert IV in Leadership & Management (desirable)
  • Familiar with OHS practices and legislation
