Fantastic opportunities have become available for a professional, organised and customer focused Cleaning Services Manager and Cleaning Services Supervisors , to work with one of Assetlink's new client, Auckland Airport.
You will oversee and manage the operations, be results driven as well as deliver a high level of presentation and cleaning standards.
You will be responsible for :
Ensure high levels of cleaning standards are met and exceed contract requirements.
Participate as an active member of the cleaning services team and lead / manage these personnel.
Managing and coordinating the delivery of all night cleaning management services.
Become a trusted partner and subject matter expert (SME) for your area of responsibility.
Attend and manage various cleaning inspection forums with client and / or stakeholder groups.
Identify opportunities to provide innovation and value-add for the client to assist with current and future needs.
Oversees all financial & budget services, including ordering supplies, scheduling labour, and implementing cost savings measures.
Keep abreast of developments in cleaning equipment and materials that could improve the overall standards and service.
Undertake staff training and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
To be considered for the position you must have :
Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.
Client relationship management ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Experience in managing a team and performance management.
Ability to lead in a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Environment (CALD.)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team.
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Cert IV in Leadership & Management (desirable)
Familiar with OHS practices and legislation
