An opportunity currently opens for a dynamic and friendly individual to joint the Office Administration team. The position is primary responsible for answering company incoming calls, taken telephone sales, raising invoice based on orders received from the Sales team, General office clericals.

The successful applicant required to have the following,

  • Effective communication through telephone
  • Fluent in Japanese, Chinese and English, Oral and written.
  • Experiences in taken orders and provide sales over the phone.
  • Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft office tools.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and can-do attitude
  • Minimum office clerical experience and good organisation skill.
  • A customer focused approach.
  • Prepared to work overtime.
