About the role : Working within a challenging and fast paced role, you will be a vital leader as you manage the end to end warehouse, cleaning and customer service activities on site.
This ensures our products are ordered, processed, dispatched, collected and cleaned, in a timely manner, ready for use You are responsible for ensuring all departments operate in a safe working environment, managing and issuing KPI's, productivity improvements are identified and implemented, customer satisfaction is optimal, cost saving where possible to ensure profitable growth, excellence in operations, and employee performance.

As such, you will provide leadership and mentoring to the 3 Team Leaders under your remit and their teams to ensure they lean on one another, to understand customer needs and deliver in full, and on time.
You will also : Undertake a full business unit review, looking at driver routes, inventory discrepancies and supply chain flow, leading to improved efficiencies and cost reductionsReview performances of weekly actual activities vs.
weekly planned activities with team leaders to ensure corrective plans are implemented on variances that occur / root cause analysisBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and externalEnsure customer retention through excellent service delivery (order processing, dispatch and collection times are met)With 3+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role, you will ideally come from a logistics / warehousing / service industry background, and then have moved into a more customer service / call centre leadership role.
