Grand Millennium Hotel Auckland has a great opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in the Hotel and Chef industries by working for New Zealand’s largest Hotel.
To succeed in this role you will be self-motivated, well organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You must be comfortable working unsupervised.
You will be responsible for ensuring the kitchens within the hotel are keep to the highest company standards, whilst maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times.

We pride ourselves on offering an outstanding service experience at each of our 21 hotels for business and leisure guests alike.
The responsibilities of the role include :
Hours of work are 6pm 2.30am Saturday and Sunday but you may be required to work other shifts as well depending on the demands of the business.
Experience is not essential however you will need to demonstrate a self-motivated, team player attitude with the ability to work well under pressure as well as unsupervised.
