This busy and varied role will see you providing disposal advice, maintenance of the supply management systems, conducting warehousing activities, plus lots more!
What we need
We are looking for someone with sound stores, warehousing and clerical experience and knowledge within a customer focused environment.
experience using SAP (Inventory Management) would be an advantage.
Our successful applicant will need a current NZ Drivers Licence (F endorsement OSH certified would be an advantage) and have the ability to lift heavy stores, and travel to NZ Defence Force camps and bases as required
Who we are
Defence Logistics Command (DLC) supports the NZDF by providing logistics (maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO)), most supply chain and warehousing operations (SCWO), commercial services and shared services to the single Services and HQ Joint Forces NZ.
The DLC support role is summarised by 'feed, fuel, fix, arm, move, procure, pay'. DLC provides logistics policy and advice internally to the NZDF and externally to NZDF's stakeholders on a Whole of Government (WoG) basis.

and has a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the NZSIS towards a recommendation of suitability for a security clearance at a higher level.
