Requirements & Responsibilities
Experience in Change Planning cresting change plans, Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
Understand change impact analysis / assessment
Experience in coaching & supporting Agile Squads how to deliver change.
Facilitate effective communication
Can prepare squads to ensure they are ready, willing and able to adopt change
Good Communication and Training & Facilitation experience
Genuine team player who enjoys a challenge and can handle lot of work load
Work will multiple business units
Tactical and strategic thinker
A true problem solver and can adopt the right communicative approach
Have real influencing ability and can gain buy in
Someone who can push back in an appropriate / professional manner
