This role is looking for somebody who is passionate about change management and has solid change management experience. If you understand what technology, process, system and product changes involves as well as have solid banking / retail / products experience, this is the role for you!

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Change Planning cresting change plans, Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Understand change impact analysis / assessment
  • Experience in coaching & supporting Agile Squads how to deliver change.
  • Facilitate effective communication
  • Can prepare squads to ensure they are ready, willing and able to adopt change
  • Good Communication and Training & Facilitation experience
  • Genuine team player who enjoys a challenge and can handle lot of work load
  • Work will multiple business units
  • Tactical and strategic thinker
  • A true problem solver and can adopt the right communicative approach
  • Have real influencing ability and can gain buy in
  • Someone who can push back in an appropriate / professional manner
  • Understand Agile way of working
