We are currently seeking an all-star Business Development Manager, for NewZealand, to join our highly successful translation and localization division.

Experience in language industry is a must. The Business Development Manager will be equipped with a true hunter mentality, heavily focused on developing new business within companies and organisations who operate on a global scale.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, in a $40 Billion industry that continues to flourish.Key Roles and Responsibilities : Source and close new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, and other means to help grow FTML’s market shareBuild a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process from open to closeCreate proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issuesCultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering superior serviceTrack all customer sales related activities in Salesforce.

com / others.Travel (annual conferences, client meetings) domestically and internationallyPOSITION REQUIREMENTS : Education / Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s / Master's DegreeFluent English (written and verbal skills), additional language knowledge a plusPrevious experience in language industry domain.

At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in a hunting environmentSales life cycle experience from lead generation through closingProven track record in achieving sales targetsExcellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsEffective time management skills and attention to detailExperience in using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge & AbilitiesSell to C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives from multinational companies and organisationsOutbound sales methodology, ability to quickly identify and qualify leadsLanguage Industry knowledge a plusSalesforce.

Target : NZD 3M revenue target over the first year and then so on with exponential growth.P.S : We have offices in India, Canada and USA and would like to setup in NewZealand as well and would require help opening office there as well.

Experience in language services is mandatory. The job can done from home or from our office. This position will be based more on commission as well some monthly fixed.
