Solid business growth and several new contract wins means we are now looking to hire several new senior technicians.Role ProfileYour key responsibility will be to ensure the site installation work is completed on time, as specified and within budget.

This will include, planning of resource requirements, and coordinating delivery of on-site materials on a daily basis.We’re looking for a well organised Cabler who is a natural self-starter.

You will need to demonstrate initiative and proactivity and your knowledge of the industry will mean you are able to anticipate potential problems before they occur.

Because you will be in a pivotal delivery role it is essential that you are a clear and concise communicator who will update your manager in a timely manner while also being a positive motivator and effective trainer for those in your team.

You will also need to demonstrate a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities IncludeSite level liaison with stakeholders, clients, other trades and consultantsMaintain accurate records of job work hours and provide other administrative functionsPlan and coordinate on-site resources and materialsAssisting installation, deployment and testing as directed.

Assisting the receipting, securing and signing off of materialsStrict adherence to health and safety proceduresExperience and Skills RequiredIdeally you will have 2-3 years’ experience installing cabling and the ability to read and understand technical documents, specifications, schedules and drawings.

Sound computer literacy is essential including a good command of MS Word and Excel programmes.To be eligible for this position you must currently reside in NZ and have a legal right to work permanently in this country.
