Showcase your senior recruitment experience through working within our RPO business as a Recruitment Business Partner, managing a portfolio of roles across the Farm Source business unit.
This role will be based on site at Fonterra’s Hamilton premises and will be managing recruitment for Fonterra’s farmer support teams and a national network of agri-retail stores .
This will involve recruiting across a range of disciplines including sales, marketing, finance, digital, customer service and technical roles.

Your influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. Working in partnership with a centralised talent sourcing function in Auckland, this true client management role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice to deliver top talent to Fonterra.

With a demonstrated background in recruitment, you'll create an immediate impact with your hiring managers, take accountability and understand that stakeholder engagement is the key to a successful recruitment solution.
