Our Healthy Waters space is going through a really exciting time at the moment with lots of new talent coming into the team.

We’re also looking for a Healthy Waters Specialist to join us!

The Healthy Waters Specialist will deliver successful, quality, timely, cost effective and pragmatic stormwater operations and maintenance solutions.

The role requires strong technical ability and integrity to contribute to the effective delivery of operational contracts, stormwater quality, minor stormwater infrastructure projects.

This role will also be required to highlight risks and ensure that they are reviewed and mitigated.

You can expect to work on :

  • Ensuring all projects apply prudent and robust business and financial management and support cost effective and high performing business operations, paying attention to Health and Safety management, etc
  • Contribute to high risk procurements, including advising on key attribute and acting on the tender evaluation panels
  • Effectively managing multiple regional operational contracts and ensuring sustainability outcomes, contractor performance and deliveries are met
  • Manage Healthy Waters Operations teams’ Minor Capex programme
  • Lead innovation programme by organising trials and implementation of smart tools and solutions for Healthy Waters operational response work.
  • He kōrero mōu : About you

    To be successful in this role you will need 3+ years’ experience in three waters' infrastructure, along with contract management experience.

    We will also be looking for experience with :

  • Project management
  • Microsoft tools
  • Experience working in the government sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
