Key Responsibilities : Lead initiatives through all phases of IAG's Delivery Approach, ensuring that the methodology and toolkit is applied, and contributing learnings to support the continual development of the Delivery ApproachBuild strong stakeholder relationships, including working with business owners, sponsors and programme managers to ensure we delivery practical, customer focussed, commercially sound, and well-informed solutions.
Contribute to improving and increasing organisational delivery maturity by championing IAG's Delivery Approach; and driving a high performing Agile delivery culture across IAG.
Apply appropriate project management techniques to initiatives to ensure successful delivery, including effective scope management, reporting, governance, planning, and cost / benefit managementSupport a change-management approach to ensure each initiative is successfully embedded and business outcomes are realised.
Skills & Experience10+ years' experience managing organisational change or projects in a complex, diverse and challenging industry.
