We are looking for someone to join our audit and assurance team. We have a wide variety of clients across local business, not for profit and Maori Business.

We are committed to delivering exceptional client service and are seeking someone who is a team player, flexible and willing to learn.

This role is full time 8.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.

BDO Northland is a well respected local brand with an engaged and talented team. Whilst this role is primarily that of specialised audit service, we pride ourselves on adding value to this core function with a view to understanding our clients and helping them to thrive.

Ideally we are looking for someone with the following attributes :

  • A high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent with numbers / highly accurate and organised.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Practical organizational skills and the ability to self manage.
  • IT Savvy - we support sustainable working practices and use a range of software to support a paperless environment.
  • A good working knowledge of Xero is an advantage.
  • To fulfil the above criteria, you could be an outstanding graduate, an audit intermediate looking for a new challenge or someone with relevant experience looking for a career change.
