    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    Construction & Innovation - The Construction and Innovation Group supports Kāinga Ora to grow its public and supported housing portfolio through the design and development of high quality homes that meet the needs of the community now and in the future, and by driving innovation across the construction sector.

    The group also advises on standards for quality homes, provides planning and logistical support in the rehousing of tenants affected by construction and provides construction pipeline scheduling and reporting.

    As a Project Manager within the Construction and Innnovation portfolio, you will be working with senior professionals recruited from around the world, and will be given opportunities to grow your skillset on a daily basis.

    Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects with multiple demands, priorities, issues and risks
  • Experience in achieving strategic outcomes within budget
  • Proven ability to maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in Property or Construction a must
  • A Project Management qualification is highly desirable
