Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert recruitment advice to business managers and drive positive business outcomes.
Based in East Tamaki, Auckland this is a position which touches many parts of our client's business, including the national contact centre.
Supported by a centralised talent sourcing function who are responsible for the majority of hands-on recruitment, your remit will be to build and nurture client relationships and support workforce planning initiatives in a high-volume environment.
About youWith a demonstrated background in a high-volume recruitment, you are someone who creates an immediate impact with your hiring managers.
With exceptional communication skills and proven experience in the recruitment industry, you will make this role your own.
Able to react quickly to an evolving candidate market, your experience in high volume environments will ensure your success.
Credibility with internal and external stakeholders alike will be key to this role, along with being highly adaptable and resilient.
