Due to an internal move, we now have an exciting 6 month fixed term opportunity for a Service and Support Analyst to join the team in Hamilton.
In this role you will be responsible for consistently delivering a high level of customer service support as part of the IT Service Desk.
Your services responsibilities will include; first line support, effective questioning and troubleshooting, investigation, resolution, assignment, ownership, and escalation of Incidents and Service Requests.
You will also be responsible for contributing to the continual service improvement processes and actively seeking opportunities to further drive the uptake of self service for end users.
