How You'll Shine

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our Sales office by providing administrative support to the wider team by :

  • Interacting with guests in a polite and friendly manner, answering queries and attending to their needs
  • Completing core tasks, such as but not limited to data entry, reporting and ad hoc administration duties as delegated by the Office Administration Manager
  • Providing support to Office Administration Manager and sales staff in daily sales administration duties
  • Displaying leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
  • Following all Company policies and procedures and adhere to industry and Company best practices
  • Displaying integrity and attention to detail when receiving cash payments, reconcile and balancing cash floats daily
  • Providing and maintain a safe environment for all children attending the children’s centre
  • Stay current with required government licenses, certification, work permits, etc. where required

  • Ability to work independently as well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems.
