About the role
A job-share opportunity, this is a three day a week role Wednesday to Friday. As Team Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant for the GM of Merch, the Merch Leadership Team, and the wider Merchandise Department.
You will play an active role in ensuring that :
everyone knows where they need to be and when they need to be there
to be there
This is a role that requires time and stakeholder management and the ability to handle whatever is thrown at you with a smile on your dial.
As well as being technically savvy i.e., a whizz on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, cloud-based software and even a bit of SAP, you’ll be an exceptional communicator who is confident and engaging with all levels of the business.
Quick on your toes, you’ll be a problem solver who has an eye for detail, a passion for people and will be someone who just gets stuff done!
