This is a unique, once in a lifetime, awesome opportunity to join our high performing administrative team, supporting the wider merchandise business unit with us at Foodies.

About the role

A job-share opportunity, this is a three day a week role Wednesday to Friday. As Team Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant for the GM of Merch, the Merch Leadership Team, and the wider Merchandise Department.

You will play an active role in ensuring that :

  • Board reports, presentations and other documentation are written and ready to go in a timely manner
  • The leadership and merchandise department email and calendars are all up to date, double checking
  • everyone knows where they need to be and when they need to be there

  • Both internal and supplier events are planned and run like a well-oiled machine
  • Communication re all things Merch is clear and concise and are where they need to be when they need
  • to be there

  • Stakeholders, both internal and external are responded to and feel cared for
  • About you

    This is a role that requires time and stakeholder management and the ability to handle whatever is thrown at you with a smile on your dial.

    As well as being technically savvy i.e., a whizz on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, cloud-based software and even a bit of SAP, you’ll be an exceptional communicator who is confident and engaging with all levels of the business.

    Quick on your toes, you’ll be a problem solver who has an eye for detail, a passion for people and will be someone who just gets stuff done!
