Casual Administration Officer - Emergency Department

Our Emergency Department is accepting applications for a casual Administration Officer role. The ED team work on a 24 / 7 roster so it is important you are flexible and available to work shift hours on short notice.
We’re looking for a person with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people and problems all at the same time.
Your background will be in varied administration positions that demonstrate your ability to prioritise and juggle tasks.
Administrative tasks will include documentation of ED admissions, filing, and running reports as required. To be successful in the role you will need to have an eye for detail and have a mature approach to your work.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to touch type are important. Our ideal candidate will also have some database experience but full training will be given.
Experience in a similar role would be preferred but we will provide full systems training to the successful candidate.
