About the role :
Manage the day-to-day operations of an A-grade commercial asset
Co-coordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetings
Carrying out site inspections and reporting functions
Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing
Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment
About you :
2 + years experience in a similar Facilities Management role
Contractor management experience within a commercial environment highly advantageous
Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
