We have a permanent opportunity for a Compliance Advisor ready to take on the outsourcing BS11 compliance responsibilities.
So what's it all about?Ultimately, the name of the game is to provide compliance advice and assurance across Kiwibank for the Reserve Bank's outsourcing requirements (BS11), promoting and assuring compliance.
Providing proactive guidance and assistance as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Business Managers, and their first line risk teams, in executing their BS11 compliance responsibilities when dealing with key suppliers.
You will maintain and enhance the BS11 compliance framework and processes and work within a Risk based Compliance team, and alongside procurement, business continuity and legal teams.
This is a great role for someone passionate about this type of compliance.What you'll need : a post graduate or graduate degreeIT / PC literacy - MS Office applicationsExperience of work for a banking / financial services organisationA compliance, risk or procurement background (other risk assurance experience, including business continuity, may be considered)Experience in developing or reviewing processes - some assurance experience an advantage.
An ability to demonstrate attention to detail, whilst retaining a risk-based overviewUnderstanding of business continuity and contract structures at a high level is desirableKnowledge and experience of the New Zealand Reserve Bank regulatory environment, particularly BS11, is an advantage.
