The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales / Customer Service Person who is self-motivated, resilient and highly organised.

You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, quantifying and qualifying customer problems and booking calls for our Technicians.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Ability to listen and understand customer requirements.
  • Sales orientated and be hands on, answering high volume phones constantly to qualify sales.
  • Planning, scheduling and allocation of tasks for installation based on customer requirements, staff skill set and location of jobs.
  • You will be :

  • Able to multi-task and cope well under pressure.
  • A self- motivated and confident person with strong service orientation and highly organised.
  • Enthusiastic, full of energy, drive and committed to make things happen.
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • You will have :

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Sound Computer skills with preferably CRM Software experience.
  • This is a key position within the company and has a rewarding remuneration package and future for the right person.
