This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales / Customer Service Person who is self-motivated, resilient and highly organised.
You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, quantifying and qualifying customer problems and booking calls for our Technicians.
Key Responsibilities include :
Ability to listen and understand customer requirements.
Sales orientated and be hands on, answering high volume phones constantly to qualify sales.
Planning, scheduling and allocation of tasks for installation based on customer requirements, staff skill set and location of jobs.
You will be :
Able to multi-task and cope well under pressure.
A self- motivated and confident person with strong service orientation and highly organised.
Enthusiastic, full of energy, drive and committed to make things happen.
Able to work independently without supervision
You will have :
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management skills
Sound Computer skills with preferably CRM Software experience.
