ABOUT THE ROLE : In this role you’ll gain experience similar to running your own business with the challenge of creating an outstanding team that will deliver growth and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations of the Liquor Department and ensuring staff are well trained in all areas.
We are looking for someone to maximize sales and achieve specified profit margins in the department whilst managing expenses, the department team and stock levels so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

be able to meet and exceed customer expectations Our chosen applicant will be a computer literate, have great communication skills and have large retail supervisory or management experience.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate how you have increased standards in your area of work during your time as a supervisor or manager.
Hours & Remuneration : The exact hours and remuneration for this role will be discussed with those who are selected for interviews.
