    Job Description

    Do you love real estate, enjoy architectural design and want to work with some of Auckland’s leading residential developers?

    You may be starting your journey in residential sales and struggling to obtain listings or may be an experienced salesperson looking to try something different.

    Either way this opportunity is not one to be missed.

    Our cutting-edge marketing programmes direct traffic to on-site sales display suites and straight to your phone, making your role a relatively simple one listen to what prospective owners want and guide them through the different product offerings within the developments until they have enough information to be confident in purchasing their brand new home. How exciting!


    We are looking for qualified salespeople that have a high level of customer service, proactive and effective electronic and personal communication skills, professional presentation and genuinely enjoy selling real estate.

    Your relationship management skills will be second to none, you will love working with prospects and purchasers, a team environment and be a results-driven professional.

    You will be skilled at developing relationships to identify and connect with prospective purchasers from all backgrounds from initial enquiry stage right through to a successful sale, whilst collaborating with the wider Colliers network to maximise referral opportunities.

    Please note you must hold a current Real Estate Salesperson's License to be eligible for this role.
