What you’ll be doing

Are you a digital UX expert wanting to make your mark working for a large global company? Our products are sold in 14 countries, we are leaders in our space and always push the boundaries.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experts in their field for a global company. Our digital team is very data centric, we run all of our ideas through split testing to understand effectiveness, so if you’d love to work for a company that focuses on conversion optimization you’d love to work with us.

  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and graphic layouts to communicate the functionality and design to stakeholders and developers.
  • Participating in project briefing and brainstorming.
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices.
  • Be proactive about helping us achieve our goals of increasing conversion rates, by identifying, communicating and acting on opportunities.
  • Working closely with the front-end development team to hand off designs for the best user experience.
  • Innovating and proposing new ways to move our creative to the next level.
  • Creating personalized experiences across the site to maximize conversions.
  • Supporting the use of dynamic creative (based on audience behavior / history) to drive higher conversion.
  • Connecting the dots between campaign goals, creative / copy of marketing tactics, landing page creative / copy, calls to action on landing pages, and downstream handling of leads.
  • What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience of website design and UX.
  • Experience with Sketch, Figma, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A solid understanding of design methodologies and designing for web conversion.
  • Even better if you have :

  • Knowledge of conversion optimization and / or multivariate testing.
  • Strong conceptual / creative thinker.
  • An amazing portfolio of your current digital work that also demonstrates best practice.
  • A willingness to dig deep, learn from others, share your own skills, and be part of a talented and dedicated team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and webforms.
  • A demonstrated team player who can effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously within tight timelines.
  • Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation.
