The opportunity :
We have been working with a range of clients and payroll providers to assist them with their compliance obligations with the Holidays Act including working with them to change payroll systems and processes.
There is scope with the work that our Risk Consulting team does to gain exposure to other offerings across the team and really make this role your own on a long term basis.
Day to day you will :
You'll have experience working with Holidays Act 2003 legislation and related guidance documents issued by MBIE
Your knowledge of the Holidays Act and ability to apply it into organisations working environment will be critical in assisting clients to meet their compliance obligations

Apply your strategic problem solving, data analysis, report writing and project management skills to help solve complex client problems
What you'll bring to our team :
4 or more years of experience in payroll and / or data analytics
You'll have strong data and analytics skills and experience using Excel and D&A software such as Power BI
Able to develop excellent client and internal relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to execute projects with tight deadlines
You'll be able to communicate solutions to complex issues in a simple, accessible way
