The Team administrator of Local and Safety Projects will support the Delivery Manager, the four Unit Managers and the project managers within the team.
Key Tasks will also include :
Provide a wide range of quality administrative services that support and promote the team and business, and consistently meet the needs and expectations of the business
Take ownership of assigned administrative activities including but not limited to producing various documentation and reports to agreed standards and within agreed timeframes, assisting with electronic and hard copy filing system, processing incoming and outgoing mails efficiently through all communication channels, managing of diaries for managers
Create purchase orders in SAP and assist in investigating and resolving queries / issues relating to invoices
Arrange and support meetings, take and disseminate minutes
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 2-years' experience in a PA, team administrator or project support services position
Has a good understanding and appreciation of the workings and functions of local government and or experience of working in large or complex organisations
Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Sharepoint and SAP.
