Your new company Nido is New Zealands largest retail store a furniture and homewares store like youve never experienced We re here to help Kiwis create spaces they love We re a unique shopping experience a twolevel complex with 100 styled showrooms over 80 exclusive brands a DBYO service design and build your own as well as an instore caf and kid s If you love design you re a creative problem solver and you re solutionsfocused this is the perfect place for you to express your creativity and share your knowledge We re looking for enthusiastic passionate and outgoing candidates with mature attitudes to be a part of the Nido team About the role We are looking for an outstanding Customer Service Manager This is a new hands on role and is responsible for all customer care and customerfacing activity across Nido This role has been designed to execute our customer care and success strategy across retail and hospitality operations at Nido Your objectives will centre around lifting customer satisfaction and engagement while improving productivity through operational efficiency You will be required to manage a team of customer service officers while coordinating with the Customer Experience Manager Key responsibilities of the role include Coordinate and leader the Customer Care team including training mentoring rostering and providing communication on all aspects of the role and the store Monitor and ensure timely and effective resolutions of customer feedback complaints and issues and assess root causes so that improvements can be identified and delivered Knowledge and understanding of all services and information available to customers product knowledge and availability instore events and promotional activity General customer service duties such as FAQ navigation handling lost and found property To be considered Highly experienced Customer Service Manager in a large organisation Proven experience in facetoface customer service Demonstrated experience in leading a team of highly passionate CSR You will understand the importance of aligning the customer care strategy with overall business sales and distribution targets You will be a gogetter who thrives on a fastpaced environment with outstanding problem solving leadership and communication skills Successful applicants will be required to have be legally entitled to work and live in New Zealand long term
