month fixed term opportunity for an exceptional, multi-talented Digital Strategy Manager to help shape our direction and vision for ASB's digital destinations and provide unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.
About the team : Our talented Digital team design and deliver innovative experiences for one of New Zealand's largest online and mobile customer communities.
This position is part of a team accountable for the digital strategy, defining the direction and vision for ASB's digital destinations.
We inform and support the wider organisation to deliver the best digital outcomes for our customers and ASB.What you will do : Working within Digital's Strategy and Operations team, you will have a strategic planning and portfolio performance focus, with the responsibility to translate ASB's digital strategy and progress into clear plans and a compelling story.
Supporting leadership, you will connect the dots and drill down to the detail when required to support decision-makers with strategic choices.
Key to this role is the ability shape communication to enable the Digital Team and our leaders tell the full story simply.
You will manage the reporting and governance process for the Digital Tribe's strategic portfolio, working closely with our Digital Leads, initiative owners, and other strategy teams to align our investment to achieve strategic outcomes.
You'll also facilitate the strategic planning process for the Digital Tribe, including working closely with leaders to set the digital future roadmap into clear, appropriate outputs, develop the digital story, and track progress against plans and KPIs, and continually monitoring and evaluating our strategic direction.
What we are looking for : You have proven success as a skilled strategic communicator and facilitator with experience in business and operational strategy.
Your planning and writing ability will ensure you will be effective in getting the strategic messaging across with the desired effect.
Your ability to work with high ambiguity, be able to draw conclusions and make recommendations with limited information is important to success in this role.
You thrive on solving complex problems and learning on the fly along with an ability to think creatively to pitch strategic messages and recommend simple choices with consequences.
A natural facilitator, you are skilled at drawing out and bringing people together and adept in building and managing multiple senior stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
