    We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Occupational Health & Safety to be part of the Organisational Support Directorate, reporting to the Executive Director.

    We aspire to healthy people, excellent care through productive partnerships and people centred services. This role supports this vision by working closely with senior leadership and all of our staff.

    You understand the need to straddle both the strategic and operational deliverables of the position and have confidence in managing up to the Executive and governance groups.

    You will relish providing insight and ideas, and at the same time flex comfortably into delivering with a capital D. You are pragmatic, resilient and collaborative, with experience in complex environments with multiple concurrent programmes of work.

    You bring strong relationship, partnering and influencing skills to build trust quickly, and significant end-to-end health & safety expertise.

    You will manage multiple stakeholders to provide fit-for-purpose solutions. Strong commercial acumen and an engagement approach is essential.
