We are seeking someone forward thinking and intuitive, with previous experience within O.D.

This is a newly created role within our People and Culture function and reports to the Manager People and Culture.

The role is responsible for leading the strategic development of organisational effectiveness, allowing PMNZ to better adapt to new challenges and deliver its business goals through an integrated approached to organisation development, resourcing and change support.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Work closely with PMNZ leadership team to ensure the organisations current and future needs are aligned through organisational effectiveness
  • Oversee the development, delivery and evaluation of key leadership interventions, including regional and global programmes
  • Understand current and future trends, feeding relevant data and analysis to leadership team
  • Contribute to key organisational strategies, including the overall People and Culture strategy
  • Work closely with our PMO team, using Design and analysis to support the organisational redesign and adaptation
  • Support and delivery of organisational change
  • Constantly develop the capability of the leaders and the wider organisationThis role requires a confident communicator, who can build and maintain effective working relationships with senior level managers.
  • You will have a pragmatic approach to your work and display a high level of strategic thinking and judgment.

    Requirements for the role

  • 5+ years’ experience within an organization development role
  • Leadership experience within a complex organisation
  • Tertiary level qualification in HR, Management or relevant discipline
  • Great interpersonal skills are required in order to support a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in MS Office softwareThis is a greenfields’ opportunity, where you will develop a framework to help build the capability of our leaders, as well as the wider organisation.
